All prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size of the item or area, fabric type, condition and level of soiling, stains, odors, pet-related issues, accessibility, and setup conditions. A minimum service charge may apply.
Standard pricing includes cleaning of visible and accessible surfaces. All additional services are discussed and approved before any extra charges are applied.
For furniture with reversible (double-sided) cushions, or in cases where cleaning is required on both sides, additional time may be needed and the price may be adjusted accordingly. Cleaning of both sides typically increases the price by up to 25–30%.

Pet Policy Notice For the safety of our cleaners and to ensure the best cleaning results, clients must inform us in advance if there are any pets in the home. Please also notify us before the appointment if there are any pet-related conditions that may require special attention, including pet hair, odors, urine, feces, litter boxes, stains, or heavily used pet areas. Pet-related accidents, waste, odor treatment, litter box cleaning, and heavy pet hair removal are not included in standard cleaning and may require an additional fee. Failure to disclose pet-related conditions before the appointment may result in a price adjustment, service limitations, or refusal of service for safety and sanitation reasons.
