Appointment Confirmation & Reservation Policy
To provide the highest level of service and maintain availability for all clients, appointment times are reserved only after the required booking information has been received and confirmed.
A cleaning appointment is considered fully confirmed once we receive:
- Service address
- Valid contact phone number
- Any necessary gate, building, or access instructions (if applicable)
Preliminary Appointment Hold
As a courtesy, requested appointment times may be temporarily held while we await the information needed to finalize the booking.
Appointment requests are held for up to 24 hours from the time we request the required booking information. If the requested information is not received within that timeframe, the appointment request may be canceled and the time slot may be released and made available to other clients without further notice.
Confirmed Appointment Reservation
Once your appointment is fully confirmed, the selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you and removed from our available schedule.
Because appointment times are specifically reserved for each client, we encourage all customers to provide the required booking information promptly to avoid losing their preferred appointment time.
Due to the high demand for our cleaning services and limited appointment availability, we are unable to hold unconfirmed appointments indefinitely. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling and availability for all clients.

Final Appointment Confirmation
Once all required information has been received and your appointment has been fully confirmed, MIYAM Cleaning Studio will send a confirmation text message from our official business phone number to the contact number provided during booking.
The confirmation message may include:
- Scheduled service date
- Scheduled arrival time
- Service type (Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, etc.)
- Assigned cleaning professional's name
- Estimated or pre-approved service price
- Any additional service details previously discussed and approved
This final confirmation serves as verification that your appointment has been officially scheduled and reserved within our system.
If any information contained in the confirmation message is incorrect, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible so that necessary adjustments can be made prior to the scheduled service date..........
Communication & Response Times
At MIYAM Cleaning Studio, we are committed to providing timely and professional communication to all clients.
While we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, there may be times when immediate responses are not available. As a family-owned business, our team may be actively assisting other clients, traveling between appointments, performing cleaning services, or responding to a high volume of inquiries.
For this reason, phone calls, text messages, emails, website inquiries, and social media messages may not always receive an immediate response.
We kindly ask clients to allow a reasonable amount of time for a reply before assuming that a message has been overlooked.
